Requisition Summary The Collection Specialist role involves close interaction with various departments within Kenworth, PACCAR Parts and Peterbilt, as well as within the Kenworth & Peterbilt Dealer Networks for the U.S. and Canada. This role plays a critical function to ensure PACCAR gets paid for the sale of Trucks and Parts in the U.S. and Canada. The person in this position is the primary liaison with all PACCAR global credit teams on the submission and tracking of requests for credit line approvals and plays a critical role in the timely review of parts orders for processing. Job Functions / Responsibilities Collect money due from Dealers for Parts and truck accessory invoices (i.e. debit memos), truck payments from flooring finance providers and commercial payments owed to Dynacraft. Process ACH payments submitted by dealers/franchises in banking systems. Resolve dealer payment disputes timely, by working directly with dealer and appropriate PACCAR divisions to resolve. Route and track credit lines through the approval chain and act as liaison with PACCAR Credit teams for tracking status of their credit line requests for approval. Monitor the PACCAR Parts purchase system throughout the working day for the release of dealer parts orders for processing. Immediately escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain PACCAR Parts credit limits within the AR system to ensure current approved credit limits are reflected. Reconcile unapplied dealer credits to aged invoices and prepare adjustments for approval. Maintain departmental databases. Qualifications & Skills AA degree preferred 2+ years of professional work experience Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Comprehensive computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Access SAP experience a plus Deadline-driven and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously Self-motivated and curious for continuous process improvements .
