Yardi Romania UI/UX Designer in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team and take ownership of the user experience and interface design for several of our flagship brands in the coworking and commercial real estate industry. You'll be shaping the way millions of users interact with our websites and apps on a monthly basis, and design user flows that aim to deliver intuitive experiences and generate ecommerce sales. You will own UX projects from start to end - from delivering early concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.

This role sits in the product marketing team reporting to one of the marketing managers, but you'll work closely with the local and global Yardi teams of software engineers, product managers, marketing and sales specialists.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week.

Desired skills and experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience designing web interfaces and user flows;

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design or related fields;

  • A portfolio demonstrating complex application design and high-fidelity prototypes;

  • Expertise creating wireframes, diagrams, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;

  • Experience conducting user testing;

  • Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe;

  • Basic understanding of front-end blocks (HTML, CSS) and frameworks (Angular & Javascript);

  • Critical thinking & product thinking;

  • Self-starter with a capacity to take feedback as an opportunity to improve.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, marketers, sales and product managers design the user experience for coworking and commercial real estate websites;

  • Develop concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows;

  • Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all elements of the user interface, including typography, layout, color, and iconography;

  • Conduct user research to discover needs, collect feedback and test usability;

  • Align design with Conversion Rate Optimization best practices for ecommerce checkout and lead generation;

  • Define and implement design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across the Yardi portfolio of websites.
