Yardi Romania Associate Technical Account Manager – Commercial Data in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Are you driven, enthusiastic, and ready to make a mark in the world of coworking data? We are actively searching for highly motivated individuals to become valued members of our Coworking Outreach team. If you have a flair for exceptional customer service and some technical aptitude, we want you on our team.

In this role, you will be a key pillar in providing internet listing service (ILS) technical support and implementation over phone, email, and live demonstrations for Yardi's shared space marketing site - CoworkingCafe.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office on a weekly basis.

What we're looking for:

  • Advanced English level;

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business and other related fields, or relevant experience;

  • Experience in software troubleshooting and providing live support through phone, email and other screen sharing communication channels;

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a strong willingness to exceed expectations;

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to established processes;

  • Flexibility and the ability to effectively manage changing priorities;

  • Ability to demonstrate product value to secure new clients.

What you'll Do:

  • Targeted marketing outreach campaigns to coworking operators done via cold calling;

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via product demonstration - done through video calls held on ZOOM, email, and phone interactions for both new and existing CoworkingCafe clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success;

  • Perform implementation of coworking operator locations on Yardi's top lead generating internet listing service (ILS);

  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to proficiently troubleshoot application issues, addressing challenges and finding effective solutions;

  • Follow up on any issues that necessitate further research or information from clients, ensuring thorough and timely resolution;

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, conducting coordinated weekly calls to complete setups and provide personalized assistance;

  • Be an integral part of our outstanding team, collaborating closely with team members across the world, contributing to our collective success.

It is considered a plus:

  • Proficiency in other languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian, other);

  • Excel, Zoom, Snagit, CRM software knowledge.
