Main Duties & Responsibilities

Manufacturing Administrative Assistance Experience required. We're a fast-paced plastic injection molding facility looking for someone to join our growing team who is capable of multi-tasking to provide administrative assistance to our Program Managers, and our clients in a variety of internal & client related activities along with providing support to the Program Manager Supervisor and Sales Director.

Specific Job Responsibilities: Create Sales Orders and Jobs for Tooling and Manufacturing. Generate part IDs, sales orders, and work orders. Support client activities and orders as directed by Program Managers. Participate in TEAM meetings (APQP, Gate Reviews, etc.) Data entry. General front office assistance when needed (phone coverage, etc.) Assists Estimating in Quote Setup Direct client communications as needed to support programs & production clients. Other specified duties as required by the Supervisor & Sales Director. Work Environment: Work performed in an office setting within a manufacturing plant. Normal mobility to move around an office and manufacturing environment and able to conduct approximately 8 hours of work at a computer daily. Frequently walks, stands, grips/grasps, bends/stoops, crouches, and lifts and carries up to ten (10) lbs. Wage: $18 - $21 Hrly

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and skills Knowledge of tooling and injection molding is a plus Computer skills: Microsoft Suite and ability to learn ERP system (Epicor experience a plus)

Professional administrative support: 3 years (Required) Administrative manufacturing support 2 years (Required) MS Office Suite: 2 years (Required) External Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
