Adecco US, Inc. Forklift Driver/ Warehouse Technician in Clifton, New Jersey

Adecco is assisting a client in Clifton, NJ in their search for a Forklift Driver/ Warehouse Technician . This is a full time, temp to hire role and offers weekly pay starting at $19.55 an hour. If you are interested, apply now!

Responsibilities Include:

  • To safely and efficiently move and store materials to keep production running smoothly and to load and unload trucks as required.

  • Safely moves materials in factory warehouse and production areas.

  • Returns unused materials to the proper warehouse location.

  • Weigh rolls of material before and after use by production personnel.

  • Provides accurate information to the Receiving / Warehouse Manager regarding materials.

  • Load and unload trucks safely, timely and store unloaded materialproperly.

  • Perform other tasks as defined by the Receiving / Warehouse Manager.

  • Immediately report to supervisor any mechanical or safety problems discovered with forklift or other material handling equipment.

  • Maintain the integrity of all materials during movement and storage.

  • Maintain proper identification of all materials to prevent misuse.

  • Inspect incoming materials for damage or shortage and report as required.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift Certification

  • At least 2 years of Forklift experience

  • Computer proficiency

  • Excellent communication skills

This position will train on 1st shift ( 7AM-3PM) and then transition to 2nd shift (3PM-11PM), if coverage is needed on 3rd shift ( 11PM -7AM) this associate will need to be flexible.

Pay Details: $19.55 to $24.00 per week
