The Opportunity

We're looking for a Travel Nurse , working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Cleveland, Ohio .

  • Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs, telemetry.

  • Receive admissions and/or transfer patients to the unit.

  • Prepare timely and accurate documentation.

  • Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed.

  • Understand, comply with and promote resident rights.

  • Maintain confidentiality of resident health information as required by HIPAA.

  • Ensure a safe environment for residents, visitors and co-workers.

  • Review and provide resident care as outlined in resident Care plans at the beginning of shift.

  • Administer medications to residents according to their care plans and record immediately in the Medication Administration Record (MAR).

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program/school

  • 1-2 years Med/Surg experience preferred

  • Active Registered Nurse license registered in the State

  • CPR - current BLS (American Heart Association)

  • ACLS - current health certificate/physical examination

  • Current 1 step TB

  • Titers (MMR, Varicella, Hep-B)


The pay range we are offering is 38 to 43 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
