Tool Maker/CNC Machinist/Programmer - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00440 Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits. Cleveland, Ohio area High Tech Machining Company is seeking a Toolmaker/CNC Machinist/Programmer. Key responsibilities of the Toolmaker/CNC Machinist/Programmer are to operate and program CNC machines and other equipment to fabricate tooling, fixtures, and complex, tight tolerance assemblies. Works closely with various departments to meet their tooling requirements. May run or set-up machines for production assignments or R&D assignments, as required. Requirements: • Must have five (5) years' minimum experience manufacturing complex parts. • Must have toolmaker experience. • Must have CNC programming experience using Gibbs Cam. • Must have ability to set up and run CNC lathes and mills. • Experience/knowledge with the following equipment CNC mills, lathes, grinders and Bridgeports. • Must have working knowledge of GD&T. • Prefer experience with programming of 4 and 5 axis parts. • Prefer experience with manufacture and fixture design. • Must be able to read and interpret drawings & blueprints. • Must have good problem-solving skills. • Must have good troubleshooting skills. • Advanced math skills is required.
