Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to mitigate or reduce the impact of identified risks, such as diversifying suppliers, increasing inventory levels, or implementing contingency plans. Continuously monitor the supply chain for potential risks and taking action to address them as needed. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Identify and assess supply chain risks, including supplier capacity, quality, financial, and geopolitical risks. * Develop and implement supply risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate or reduce the impact of identified risks. * Monitor compliance with supply risk management policies and procedures. * Work with global Category Managers and cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation plans. Ensure all identified risks are effectively managed by the Category Managers. * Conduct regular risk assessments to identify emerging risks and develop mitigation plans. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure open communication and collaboration. * Lead a team of supply risk management professionals and provide guidance and support as needed. * Develop and implement supply risk reporting to provide visibility into supply chain risks to key stakeholders. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to supply risk management. * Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Supply Risk Management function (e.g. Supply Chain, Business Administration, etc.) including a minimum of 7+ years' experience. * ERP experience, SAP preferred. * Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. * Solid knowledge of global supply chain risk management strategies, policies & procedures. * Team player with ability to listen & lead with influence, within a matrix organization. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS * Excellent project management skills including leading, prioritization, scheduling, written and oral communication skills. * Proficiency with SAP & Microsoft Office.
