R10044504 Shared Services Specialist (Open) Location: Independence, OH - Rockside Woods Blvd - Management - North BSC How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Position located in Independence, Ohio! - Monday through Friday work schedule - Workplace flexibility (hybrid: in-office/remote) and great team environment - Opportunity for career growth! The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for processing daily transactions for North Division billing functions. They are also responsible for the credit memo workflow, open drop ship orders, manual shipper book audits and all related reporting functions. In addition, they are responsible for the North Division Business Support Center (BSC) Chargeback, AP and other related functions. In Particular you will: Process Chargebacks, Bulk and Drop Ship transactions, utilizing the workflow functionality of SAP, Creating, researching and correcting customer orders and/or purchase orders. Utilize the workflow functionality of SAP to review and approve credit memos as well as follow up on credits and rebills; routing to the appropriate individuals for approval. Order manual shippers as needed for the branch locations, including auditing books returned by the branch upon completion. Verifying chargebacks are received and chargeback accruals/receivables are closed. Analyzing vendor chargeback variances and communicating with vendors for resolution. Review and resolve aged open text documents for the North Division Indirects, Hardgoods and Bulk Gas. Participate in ongoing enhancements to accounting and reporting processes by leveraging systems and reporting tools to drive those enhancements. Month-end procedures and reporting requirements, including the generation of reports. Communicating with sales teams and inputting vendor chargeback agreements into SAP Provide reports and fulfill information requests from external and internal auditors. Other projects or duties as assigned by department supervisor/manager. __Are you a MATCH? High School Diploma/GED required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace preferred Ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner. Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adjust communication methods based on customer situations. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multitask.
