Hilton Senior Sales Optimization Manager - Hilton Cleveland Downtown and Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Cleveland, Ohio

The Complex Senior Manager, Sales Optimization with the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is responsible as the primary point of evaluation for all convention and in-house group lead activity. The candidate will work in partnership with the Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Management as to the core principles of moving leads forward to the sales team based on historical and future analytics, annualized revenue growth, increased RPI, rooms to space ratios, arrival/departure patterns, seasonality and set rate guidelines. Per these parameters, the position will move the lead forward to the assigned sales manager with specific rooms/space/rate/F&B minimum guidelines or turndown the lead.

The benefits of this role will allow our sales team to:

  • Sell strategically by removal of administrative distractions from Sales Managers
  • Sales efficiencies all for stronger customer relationships thru enhanced discovery conversations and site visits, customized proposals, increased solicitation, strategic conversations with our HWS network, and increased time to properly negotiate
  • Improve customer lead response times
  • Ultimately grow overall team booking conversion for incremental revenue and market share delivery

Additional desired experience requirements are:

  • Experienced sales and/or revenue management background of 3 years preferably in a 500 room hotel.
  • Confident presence supported by excellent analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Delphi/Delphi.FDC

*This is a remote position. Candidate not required to be based out of Cleveland or Baltimore (Mid-West/East Coast preferred for travel/time zone), qualify for the quarterly SIP incentive, minimal travel
