Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302 Job Brief: As part of the Financial Systems Support team within Finance Enablement, responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Active engagement in the Finance Enablement projects, which includes the development, implementation, and on-going maintenance of a new operational procedures related to our financial systems. Assisting in the support of the current financial systems, including Workday and our legacy systems, implementing continuous improvements as needed and learning from and sharing knowledge across the Financial Systems Support team. Collaborating with teammates across Finance, Analytics, and the Lines of Business to manage change, implement improvements, and effectively share status of our operational activities. Essential Job Functions: Partner with colleagues across Finance, Analytics, Lines of Business, and Technology on the buildout of the Workday Accounting Center and Workday Finance Data Hub with additional product data, as well as the implementation of critical ongoing improvements. Translate stakeholder financial system change requests to requirements and effectively communicate those requirements to the financial systems support team. Perform data and process validations throughout the daily and monthly processing cycles for our financial systems. Conduct interactions with line of business stakeholders and collaborate with them to achieve their financial system's needs. Prioritize ongoing financial system's related work efforts related to the existing operational tasks and newly developed activities, demonstrating the ability to participate simultaneously on multiple work efforts and high priority activities. Research complex data, process, and reporting issues and effectively summarize findings and recommendations for next steps Work independently and as part of team to offer and implement solutions to achieve optimal business outcomes. Develop thorough understanding of Key's foundational financial systems, products, and businesses and apply this knowledge to on-going continuous improvement efforts. Proactively work to continuously improve all processes and procedures. Required Qualifications/Competencies: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data & Analytics, or related field. Strong financial and/or accounting acumen, including analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
