Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: The Product Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the MRI PMX platform and all of its subsidiary sites (Resident Connect, Rent Payment, Lead Management).

Location: Charleston, SC (Remote will be considered)

Skills & Competencies:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • At least 3 years MRI software product support required.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational database structure.

  • Relevant work experience should center around product support or equivalent education, training, or experience.

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (PO certifications).

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to encourage diverse opinions and actively listen.

  • Highly skilled in using Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, and related add-ins.

  • Previous Zendesk experience or equivalent case management software.

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills in fast paced environment.

  • Detail oriented, with the ability to produce high quality work in a deadline-oriented environment and an ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to prove critical thinking and problem solving concepts.

  • Ability to thrive in a high volume, data entry and processing work environment, where applicable.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Possess the ability to correct data points through the User Interface and/or the back-end tables through SQL.

  • Test issues to recreate and assist in determining root cause.

  • Create training and SOP documentation for end users.

  • Create and assist with testing for new feature enhancement.

  • Assist with database upgrade testing.

  • Identify and help implement improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Other duties, as assigned by supervisor or leadership team.

Key Metrics & Responsibilities

  • Well-maintained backlog with clear priorities and user stories.

  • Quality of user stories in terms of clarity, acceptance criteria, and completeness.

  • Collect feedback from stakeholders to gauge satisfaction.
