The Sherwin-Williams Company Marketing Communications, Coordinator in Cleveland, Ohio
Assists the Vice President of Marketing Communications and Marketing Communications Directors with presentations, reports, and other key documents and correspondence. Assists the Marketing Communications team with travel arrangements, planning meetings, and special projects. Creates, tracks, and processes purchase orders and invoices. Runs reports, tracks, identifies and resolves invoice discrepancies. Maintain overall budget documentation for the Marketing Communications Department. Serve as the primary department liaison between the Finance and Marketing departments. Work with Marketing Communications managers to reforecast monthly budget breakdown for merchandise control team. Assist with attendance updates and coordinates various departmental needs including supplies, maintenance, reports, and mail processing. Provides data entry and administrative support for Global Architectural Marketing programs and applications. Includes programs such as National Sales Meeting budget and registration, Widen, Order Express, Coupa, Allocadia, email and direct mail opt-out lists, store receipt messaging, and preferred business partner programs. Support National Promotional initiatives including pricing requests and validations in OnBase.
