We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a great team. All positions are direct-hire only! No temp time! The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, along with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting machinery, lubricating gears, and replacing worn parts.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently to minimize production interruptions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics.
Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring.
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and welding techniques is a plus.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
