Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Technology Project Manager to lead complex data migration and product implementation projects within our organization. This is position requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of successful project delivery at an enterprise scale. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional teams of technical specialists, developers, and business analysts to deliver data migration and product implementation projects on time, within budget, and to scope. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the migration of large volumes of data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Manage the implementation of new technology products and solutions, including configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, proactively developing and implementing solutions to maintain project progress. Monitor project performance metrics, track key deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders regularly. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in data management and product development. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Technology Project Manager, with a proven track record of success in managing large and complex projects. Experience leading and managing data migration projects involving large datasets and diverse systems. Experience implementing new technology products and solutions within an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Experience with data management tools and methodologies (e.g., ETL, data warehousing) is a plus. Experience with specific products or technologies relevant to our industry is a plus.
