Fire Sprinkler Designer / Drafter (AutoCAD) - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 24-00421 Salary Range: $50K - $75K Permanent Position with Benefits Growing family owned and operated fire Sprinkler Company is currently hire two keep people to join our established team. Requirements • Preferred minimum 4 to 10 years Design Experience for all types of water-based fire Sprinkler systems. • Preferred NICET Level 2 or 3, or working toward certification to Level 3. • Competent and proficient in NFPA 13 Standard and other related Standards & Codes. • Able to view Bid Drawings along with Technical Experience using best practices to determine Hazard Classification of product and storage etc., including Design Criteria for Density Requirements and proper Sprinkler System Piping Layout including full understanding and the use of Hydraulic Calculations. • Able to coordinate MEP and other trades to minimize conflicts or experience in BIM to avoid clashing. • Generating of fabrication sheets for buy-out of pipe fab and loose material & equipment requirements. • Bonus/Incentive Plan. • Paid NICET Certification Testing including State & NICET fees to maintain current certification.
