Within Corporate Responsibility, the Community Relations and Corporate Initiatives team is responsible for enterprise-wide community engagement strategy & accountable for teammate engagement and volunteerism. Community Relations and Corporate Initiatives seeks a talented and motivated Financial Empowerment Manager, to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible managing the development and execution of KeyBank's enterprise-wide financial empowerment programs, inclusive of leading strategy and implementation of volunteer tracking system and development of financial empowerment councils. Responsibilities Lead implementation of enterprise-wide financial empowerment program Oversee the strategy and integration of all financial empowerment assets under one umbrella Develop impact measures, reporting, and storytelling strategy for all volunteer programs program Lead the design, deployment, management, and training of new enterprise civic engagement platform Develop train-the-trainer module for program, monitor adherence to policies and procedures for logging all relevant volunteer activities and events Achieve deep understanding and knowledge of Key products and services that support low- and moderate-income individuals and communities Serve as subject matter expert on volunteer and board service programming, issues and questions related to Community Development services as it relates to Community Reinvestment Act, advising senior executives and lines of business leaders on civic engagement programming and opportunities Augment visibility and reputation of KeyBank by deploying strategic event sponsorships, community outreach and programming within the framework of the national community engagement strategy Develop a signature volunteer recognition program to support and celebrate financial empowerment facilitators and teammate volunteers Work with enterprise learning/training to annually review and augment facilitator training programming Coordinate closely with the community bank and all client-facing lines of business, facilitate, and support regular meetings and communication among teammates Stand up Financial Empowerment Councils in each market, working closely with Corporate Responsibility Officers and Market Leadership to identify, train, and manage teammates to effectively lead local community engagement programming Design and develop civic engagement playbook and orientation for new Key teammates Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.
