MetroHealth EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT-General Administration in CLEVELAND, Ohio

Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: M-F, 7a-4p/8a-5p: variable start time based on need

Summary:

Provides executive level administrative support and project coordination to assigned senior leader. Manages all administrative functions, and coordinates and ensures the timely completion of projects. Coordinates a variety of resources to facilitate goal attainment. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of the MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Required: Possesses one of the following: • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of progressive experience performing duties relevant to the position. • High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam and 7 years of progressive experience performing duties relevant to the position.

Minimum of 5 years of reporting directly to a senior manager. Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Experience with information gathering and information distribution. Experience handling multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Appropriate corporate decorum, tact, and social sensitivity necessary to the status of the position. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects. Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills.

Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree. Experience providing administrative support to an executive or senior leader. Experience with database management.

Physical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
