Job Title: Engineering Technician or Entry Level Hand-On Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

  • Manage torque tool calibration database

  • Support Kaizen activities

  • Assist with setting up new work cells

  • Perform tool scanning using a Hexagon digitizing arm.

  • Maintaining our manufacturing efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Understanding of industrial processes and concepts

  • Maintain and update the torque tool calibration database

  • Schedule and track calibration activities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool calibration and database accuracy

  • Assist the Manufacturing Engineering team with Kaizen activities through layout changes and process improvements.

  • Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement projects, including time studies and process evaluations.

  • Install and configure equipment

  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams

  • Perform tool scanning using the Hexagon digitizing arm to capture precise measurements and data for quality control

  • Analyze and interpret scan data to support engineering analysis, tool design, and process improvements.

Must Haves

  • 2+ years experience as a Technician

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Experience performing tooling changes

  • Experience fabricating tools or equipment for process improvements.

  • Experience with building, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and assemblies.

If candidate has a Bachelor's or Associates, they must have hands on experience from a co op or internship
