OFFICE CLERK Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $10.00 - $17.00 per hour, DOE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Answering the phone and transferring calls as needed
  • Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoingmail
  • Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos andemails
  • Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidentialrecords
  • Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence
  • Monitoring office inventory and orderingsupplies
  • Transcribing or taking notes duringmeetings
  • Preparing or processing invoices or estimates
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
  • Scheduling and dispatching drivers, to appropriate locations according to schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
  • Relaying information such as work or other messages to and from everyone in the company, plumbers, and supervisors.
  • Using telephones or text messages to contactemployees
  • Speaking with Plumbers or customers to resolve problems, requests forservices
  • Preparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders from plumbers
  • Keeping and organizing job requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges forwork performed, expenses for services performed, and other information.
  • Perform other duties asassigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluid in QuickBooks software,andin Service Titan would be aplus
  • Ability to type at least 45 words perminute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, must be a peopleperson
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meetdeadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
  • Must take constructive criticismwell
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Clerical experiencepreferred
  • Dispatching experience is aplus
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds attimes
