Join our service experts at our RIG 360 truck center and be part of a team using the latest electronic tooling for diagnostics and repairs for truck service.  Shift is steady dedicated 2nd shift.  The focus of this position will be to provide Diesel engine and complete truck service and repairs.  The successful candidate will be required to pass a physical and all applicable tests associated with driving trucks. Job Duties: Perform normal technician repair duties with additional responsibilities as follows: -Prioritize time to perform any production work while fulfilling the duties of a Group Leader. -Assign technicians with service repair work -Lead production staff. -Discuss repair needs with customers. -Organize and maintain shop schedules to meet deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: - Experience with Cat, Cummins, Detroit, Bendix, Wabco and Allison computer applications -Previous and effective experience as a Group Leader -Basic/intermediate computer skills -Effective communication skills -Experience with CAT computer applications -The successful candidate will prioritize their time to perform any production work while fulfilling the duties of a Group Leader -Thorough understanding of shop practices and procedures focusing on work order processes -Knowledge of product and part inventory -Working skills in researching and ordering of parts coupled with computer supported clerical ability Proven ability to organize and prioritize work based on time constraints -Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and fellow employees Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
