Integer's Clarence, NY location is looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer.

Job Summary: Participate in cross-functional project teams to implement creative solutions. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and correct equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Interfaces with Quality and R&D to integrate new products or processes. Responsible for identifying and correcting manufacturing process nonconformance's identified during prototype builds.

Job Responsibilities:

-Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

-Develops new and unique approaches to complex problems and advance technology beyond previous company involvement.

-Plans/develops engineering projects concerned with unique or high-profile problems which have important effect on major organization programs.

-Provides management with technical guidance as required.

-Identifiesand procures the appropriate process equipment.

-Investigates, develops and implements new process technologies of major scope.

-Documentationincluding but not limited toprocedures, training, protocols, data analysis, planning, reports, etc.

-Leads project/program meetings, etc.

-Maintains liaison with individuals and business units within or outside his/her organization with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to his/her field.

-Subject matter expert in engineering specialty/application.

-Will work within a mix of office,lab, production floor environment

-Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.

Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience

Specialized Skills and Knowledge:

-Solid modeling (specifically Solidworks, Pro-E, Pro-Engineer, Inventor)

-Minitab (or other statistical analysis software package), MS PowerPoint/Visio, MS Access, MS Project

-Any specific experience in Coating, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), Metallization, Sputter would be a plus

-Design of Experiments (DOE)

- [New] equipment specification, qualification, transfer, procedure development

-Six Sigma, Green Belt, Black Belt, would be a plus, but are not required

Senior Process Development EngineerSalary: $91,500- $134,200
