Clarence. Stephen Development. Maintenance Technician. $20 - $22/hour.

Stephen Development is looking for a Maintenance Technician to add to their Property Management team. This organization is a family-owned business with excellent benefits and growth opportunities. We are looking for a technician with an electrical background, skilled in residential/commercial renovations and building maintenance. New construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities: * Interior and exterior painting * Drywall hanging and finishing * Roofing, siding and skirting installation * Floor and carpet installation * Trim work, plumbing and light electrical * Perform snow removal

Requirements: * 1-3 years experience in building maintenance * Ability to work on call as needed and be on site within a 20 minute timeframe * Have a valid driver's license and a registered, inspected motor vehicle * Window and door installation, and light carpentry experience a plus
