Bella Senior Care has career opportunities for full time and part time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Wage based on prior experience. Bella offers competitive wages, travel time, PTO and flexible schedules. POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN: Clare, Harrison, Reed City, Evart and Lake.

  • Ability to adhere to instructions given by Bella Senior Case supervisor, professional medical staff or case manager.
  • Accurately observe, recognize changes in medical condition or emotional health and report to supervisor immediately.
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the parameters of the job description and company policies.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, friendly customer service and team work skills.
  • Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the restroom, standing, walking, eating, or exercising.
  • Review patients dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure patient receives appropriate nutrition.
  • Measure and record food and liquid intake or urinary output, reporting changes to medical staff or supervisor.
  • Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse or respiration rate, as directed.
  • Gather information from caregivers, medical professionals or Bella supervisor about patients condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities.
  • Observe or examine patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention, such as bruises, open wounds, or blood in urine.
  • Document and report observations or patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to Bella supervisor.
  • Remind and monitor patients intake of medications or nutritional supplements.
