Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Senior Tax Manager for the fulfillment of monthly, quarterly and annual tax obligations.

  • Calculation and filed monthly/annual tax returns (direct and indirect) through Tax Authority WEB site tools as well as other software authorize by the Mexican Ministry of Finance. Fulfilment of the annual tax opinion (dictamen fiscal), medium size Companies.

  • Support in the calculation of local taxes and contributions, such as lottery tax, land tax and payroll tax.

  • Fulfill the Tax report and support on transfer pricing studies and informative reports (CBC, Local File, Master File).

  • Attend to internal and external auditors.

  • Attend tax authorities audits

  • Anti-laundry compliance

  • Local taxes compliance as property tax annually and support in the annual tax opinion

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Tax specialization studies).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tax compliance.

  • Proficiency in Local Taxes and related legislation.

  • Experience in accounting system software (SAP).

  • Proficiency in Mexican GAAP.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
