IS/IT Technology Specialist (Scrum Master) provides knowledge, consultancy and advisory within his/her area of specialism with respect to a particular (emerging) technology. IS/IT Technology Specialist actively participate in the development and s/he promotes technology which supports the business requirements within their area of expertise. S/he may be accountable for the realization of specific deliverables in relation to IT development or s/he can lead the technical activity within their area of specialism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Makes recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies

• Provides business with deep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision

• Ensures IS/IT requirements are met, and service quality maintained when introducing new products. Considers the cost effectiveness of proposed solutions

• Supports the development of and/or review of standards, documentation, and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise

• Coordinates preliminary studies, general systems specifications, and detailed systems specifications

• Considers a broad range of options and apply sound judgment to develop solutions within their specific specialism.

Required Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one Power Bi

• Experience of successfully as Scrum Master • Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

• Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
