The Credit Portfolio Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit flow and process assesment and monitoring the process to identify and enhance in order to support business, ensuring the correct funcionality of the system. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's flow in coordination with tech team to ensure the best experienceto clients and counterparties globally.

  • Responsibilies:

  • Previous experience in policy and strategy understanding

  • Experience in plan executions, testing

  • Good Negotiation skills

  • Project management experience

  • Desirable background on PyME (Small business) and MLT products.

  • Incidents management and tracking of initiatives (focused on internal customer needs and service center)

  • Contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and work-flows by applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge and integrating subject matter and industry expertise within Risk Management

  • Participate in developing, testing, and optimizing flows and procedure, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance, and assist in the implementation of those policies, processes and other related initiatives

  • Appropriately assess risk when business requirements are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the consistency and efficiency of the flows, firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency

  • Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects

  • Proven interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills

  • Full Knowledge in data base Oracle or OraaS and Java development

  • Knowledge in Web Server and App Server: IHS, Websphere, Apache, Tomcat, Jboss.

  • Widely experience in software development projects under agile framework.

  • Background in PL/SQL development.

  • Experience in server administration under Linux based operative systems. (deseable)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
