Nestle Business Analyst - IT HR | SuccessFactors in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico

Purpose of the position: Be the bridge between Talent Acquisition teams and IT development teams. Will raise opportunities in the modules of SuccessFactors and translate these opportunities to the technical team. It will be responsible for ensuring that such improvements happen and also for governance.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in IS/IT Human Resources functional area.

  • knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules.

  • Understanding of how system integration works, particularly in terms of connecting SAP or SuccessFactors to other systems using APIs, as well on how to create functional specifications for developing these integrations.

  • Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.

  • Understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.

  • Understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.

  • Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.

  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.

  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.

  • Experience with Service Now desirable.

Main responsibilities:

  • Capture opportunities in the successfactors Onboarding / Recruiting and PDP modules together with interested teams.

  • Translate these opportunities to the development team through a detailed document of the process and what should be improved.

  • Register orders using internal tools such as Service Now.

  • Participate in global meetings with the development team to explain the opportunities raised.

  • Train and answer questions about these modules for talent teams.
