Citigroup ROHQ - FRSS - GPSM LAI Solutions Manager (C12 / AVP) in City of Taguig, Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
The GPSM-LAI Manager will be responsible in supporting the GPSM LAI Lead in areas around partner management and stakeholder ( both FRSS and outside FRSS) interaction across APAC and EMEA regions, in addition to being the delegate for all core responsibilities of the global function. This regional role is critical to ensure there is a enough support for the core partners (Finance/GPO, Content management, CDO Governance and DSMT) specifically covering exceptions monitoring and platform services functions. Key global responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following, in addition to supporting the global commitments :
Partner and Stakeholder Management
Global Strategy Delivery (Transformation, Digitization and Standardization design and oversight)
Interface for Global IA, ORM, ICRM, Regulatory exams
Design and define the global KPI/metrics
Resource and Location strategy
Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any Business related courses
8+ years of experience in Financial Services Required
Experience in Citi’s Finance and Risk organization and processes that span the full spectrum of geographic, functional and business perspectives
Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross regional initiatives
In-depth knowledge in financial and management reporting is an advantage
Proven track record collaborating and building relationships and influencing across the organization
Outstanding analytical, strategic and problem solving skills coupled with strong Finance/ Risk and internal control skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build a broad base of support among key decision makers
Ability to identify and drive change by thinking “out of the box”
Strong leadership skills
Significant knowledge of the operations of Citigroup
Familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus
