Adecco US, Inc. Sr. Human Business Partner in City Of Industry, California
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related discipline from an accredited 4-year university.
Minimum of 5 years of being an exempt-level HR Business Partner in a supply chain, manufacturing, CPG or distribution center/warehouse environment.
Proven successful records in driving cultural change in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Certification in PHR or ability to obtain PHR certification within 1 year of employment is required
Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is highly preferred
Hands-on experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including training & development, workers' compensation, leave of absence, recruitment, employment relations and investigation.
Demonstrated understanding and application of HR legal compliance; maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state employment laws/regulations.
Must have strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be a self-starter, fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a can-do and learning attitude.
Must be a collaborative, responsive and proactive team player; strong ownership and high integrity.
Must be able to handle confidential information; attention to details is a must.
Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks and handle multi-tasks in a fast work pace.
Must be proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Visio; ADP, PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems including running ad hoc reports.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is required.
Trilingual in English, Spanish and Chinese is a plus.
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
