Adecco US, Inc. Sr. Human Business Partner in City Of Industry, California

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related discipline from an accredited 4-year university.

  • Minimum of 5 years of being an exempt-level HR Business Partner in a supply chain, manufacturing, CPG or distribution center/warehouse environment.

  • Proven successful records in driving cultural change in manufacturing or warehouse environment.

  • Certification in PHR or ability to obtain PHR certification within 1 year of employment is required

  • Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is highly preferred

  • Hands-on experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including training & development, workers' compensation, leave of absence, recruitment, employment relations and investigation.

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of HR legal compliance; maintain and expand knowledge and understanding of existing and proposed federal and state employment laws/regulations.

  • Must have strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be a self-starter, fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a can-do and learning attitude.

  • Must be a collaborative, responsive and proactive team player; strong ownership and high integrity.

  • Must be able to handle confidential information; attention to details is a must.

  • Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks and handle multi-tasks in a fast work pace.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Visio; ADP, PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems including running ad hoc reports.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is required.

  • Trilingual in English, Spanish and Chinese is a plus.

  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
