2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable
Ability to process 100+ invoices weekly
Experience processing both PO and non-PO invoices
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Job Description
Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.
Analyze workflow processes.
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
Ensure bills and payroll are paid timely and accurately, adhering to departmental procedures.
Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
Maintain accounting records by data entry, scanning, copying, and filing documents.
Perform accounting and clerical functions.
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
Perform online banking functions for sending payments and recording receipts.
Prepare month-end reports.
Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis.
