EMSL is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate I in Cinnaminson, NJ. Ideal candidate would be someone that is flexible, can manage time well, and is handy with general maintenance duties. Candidate will be based in Cinnaminson, NJ but will be required to travel to any of our laboratories and properties located throughout North America.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Moving furniture and equipment, painting, cleaning, trash removal, and other tasks as needed.Driving company truck to and from properties.Participation in various maintenance and construction projects as part of a team including commercial, residential, and retail properties as directed.General ability to strip a rental unit when one tenant leaves and prepare the unit for a new tenant. This would typically include carpet & floor tile removal and replacement, patching, sanding and painting walls, replacing ceiling tiles and light bulbs.
