POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Technical Infrastructure Project Manager position leads and drives a wide variety of Infrastructure projects with a focus on both internal and vendor collaborations, coordinating and helping to prioritize work teams. To be successful in this role, the candidate has advanced technical Infrastructure knowledge to be able to communicate with stakeholders as part of project intake and management and is recognized as a subject matter expert. The candidate will conduct highly complex work with full autonomy and extensive latitude for independent judgment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Stakeholder management, including identifying and engaging with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to gather requirements, communicate status and manage expectations. Infrastructure Project Management and Planning, including developing detailed plans that include scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resourcing requirements. Effective Resource Management including backlog management, updating and creating project tasks and operational work plans for individuals within AtriCure project management tools. Multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at any given time. Coordination with AtriCure IT Delivery and Agile development teams. ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Regular and predictable work performance Ability to work under fast-paced conditions Ability to make decisions and use good judgement Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required Ability to successfully work with others Additional duties as assigned Collaboration with AtriCure global IT leadership on new projects and efforts. Provide input to ensure alignment and successful completion of initiatives. Providing recommendations for process improvement across all IT disciplines. Identifying gaps in IT Infrastructure centric areas and communication of those to IT leadership. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience 7+ years of general IT Infrastructure project management experience. 7+ years of hands-on Infrastructure engineering and administration experience including data centers, networking, Cloud, IT facilities and operational technologies. Ability to interact with a wide variety of users from C-level to front line. Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to prioritize time effectively. Ability to travel 10% PREFER
