Applies advanced skills and knowledge to job or specialization. Understands and adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish requirements of job. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. May serve as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems and issues. Works under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. May orient, train, assign and check work of new or less experienced employees. May be designated as "lead" worker. Typically requires five to seven years of experience in an office setting and/or a sales support discipline. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides administrative support for Senior Sales Leadership team. * Responds to general inquiries by internal partners. * Enhance/Optimize presentations and reports started/created by leadership. * Prepares incoming agreements for management and maintains files. * Follows-up with account executive on missing contracts and/or other missing documentation. * Prepares sales reports for review by Senior Leadership. * Reviews implementation profiles for accuracy, orders requested reports and sends out starter kits. * Maintains marketing and sales supplies. * Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task. * Assists in special projects. * Organize calls, distribution lists and notate take-aways for Senior Leadership * Other related duties assigned as needed. The pay range for this full-time position is $30.85 - $50.27 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
