Job Description
Responsible for managing the company's monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement close and external reporting processes. Ensures the consolidated financial statements and quarterly and annual filings with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) are prepared accurately and timely in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and SEC rules. In addition, the global accounting organization is responsible for monitoring changes to key accounting and reporting guidance and ensuring our SAFE policies and related processes are compliant. Global accounting also provides proactive, high-quality consultation on all areas of accounting, including external deals (i.e., acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investment, licenses, outsourcing, etc.), and manages the company's restructuring program. Finally, global accounting is responsible for developing and deploying high quality accounting training to the global F&A organization.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field
Master's degree in Accounting preferred
5+ years of experience in relevant field; experience in public accounting preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $100,000 - $143,000
