Position : Sales Manager - Affinity

Location : Cincinnati, OH

Job Purpose :

The Sales Manager of Affinity & SMB is responsible for driving ambassador sales attainment, growing the program, and managing the customer experience. Key to this role will be conducting regular meetings and trainings with all business and customer-facing segments within the organization. The Sales Manager will need to cultivate strong internal relationships, raise awareness of the program, and devise creative strategies to drive revenue into this channel.

Essential Functions :

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and develop the Ambassador Sales channel, ensuring all sales goals and targets are met.

  • Lead regular internal and external meetings and trainings to drive awareness of the program.

  • Build strong internal relationships and track sales performance, heavily measured on activity and leads/sales generated and closed.

  • Create and manage contests and incentives to drive new acquisitions.

  • Maintain a sales funnel and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

  • Understand altafiber's strategic direction and sales implementation processes.

  • Focus on efficiencies and areas of automation to improve sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a channel or partner sales environment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to drive results and meet sales targets.

  • Understanding of strategic sales planning and execution.

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and processes.

Education :

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Relevant Work Experience :

2 to 4 years in related field

Salesperson from a competitive environment desired Experience leading trainings or delivering content in front of a group preferred
