Ohio Valley Goodwill Rehabilitation Transportation Van Coordinator in Cincinnati, Ohio

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is a nationally recognized leader in vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities, and is looking for a leader to provide supervision within our Rehabilitation Transportation Department.  

This individual will provide ongoing supervision, training, and coordination for transportation for consumers.  Oversees all preventative maintenance and safety of all non-CDL vehicles.  

Applicant must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), background in supervision, High School graduate or equivalent, computer knowledge, and familiar with Cincinnati area preferred.  In addition, requires lifting up to 75 lbs., standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, stooping, some overtime required. 

Responsible for coordinating all personnel needs for rehabilitation drivers, providing ongoing training as required by DOT/ DD/ CARF, maintaining/submitting required reports, and scheduling routes among other responsibilities. 

This is a Full-Time position with excellent benefits including Medical/Dental, STD/LTD, Holiday/ Vacation Pay.
