UC HEALTH LLC Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Supervisor, Blood Cancer Healing Center in CINCINNATI, Ohio
The Clinical Shift Supervisor assumes the responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care is being delivered, maintaining expeditious patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervision of nursing staff. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations and complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort. The Clinical Shift Supervisor will also assist with cost containment, and manage all employees to do the same. The position requires knowledge of leadership and effective interpersonal communication skills. Be a part of a growing Bone Marrow Transplant and Infusion program, by making an indelible impact cancer patient's lives through caring for them with the most advanced treatment. The Infusion nurse supervisor will support the Cincinnati regions' only adult FACT-accredited academic blood and marrow transplant program, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. The Blood Cancer Healing Center is designed to be an unparalleled hub of expertise and support that will redefine care for blood cancer patients and their families. The center includes dedicated spaces for whole-person patient care, novel treatments, and basic/translational research-all in one building, all dedicated to the future of cancer care. Unit Details:
