Title: QA Packaging Technician

Location: Cincinnati, Oh

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 4:00 pm- 12:00 am

Pay: $21.75 per hour

Type: Contract with potential for extension or conversion

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed analysis of gases, alcohol content, and pasteurization in packaged products.

  • Ensuring quality by evaluating can seams and detecting defects in packaging materials.

  • Maintaining accurate records of analysis results in QA databases.

  • Upholding cleanliness and organization standards in the lab.

  • Collaborating with the packaging team in team meetings and regular communication.

  • Assisting various departments by collecting samples.

  • Developing time management and organizational skills.

  • Addressing issues with maintenance and packaging departments as they arise.

  • Engaging in project work to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.

  • Minimum age of 21.

  • Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

  • Willingness to be on feet and in motion for a majority of the day.

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to follow-ups
