Job Overview The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Premium Sales and Services Director. This is a full-time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the management, design, development and execution of all premium sales and services. The position will work with UCATS (UC Foundation) to provide year-round exceptional service to the Top 50 premium accounts as well as generating new revenue through active account procurement and business development while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations. The position requires some evening and weekend hours. Essential Functions Develop and execute a business strategy for all premium spaces that results in meeting or exceeding yearly revenue goals through new business development. Create and execute contracts pertaining to premium areas in Athletics and campus facilities. Work with on-campus partners and departments for game day planning and oversight including thematic planning in each premium space. Cultivate and maintain current relationships with premium account holders through year-round programming and experiences. Serve as primary corporate relations contact for athletics department. Build and maintain relationships within the business community for the purposes of community and letterwinner engagement, fundraising, sponsorship, naming opportunities, student-athlete community service, and NIL opportunities. Responsible for training and management of game day staff in premium areas. Renew season tickets from assigned account base maximizing upgrade and new sales opportunities. Serve as dedicated personal contact for premium season ticket holders. Update and maintain accurate records of all activities and sales in ticketing database and CRM system. Utilize data for prospecting, generating leads, and gathering referrals. Collaborate with entities across the department and campus on various ticket initiatives.
