Staffmark is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. Pay: $19-$22 per hour Shift: 2:30 pm-11:00 pm, Monday to Friday The Machine Operator will be responsible for inspecting equipment for safety issues and making necessary adjustments to coordinate multiple workstations on a single machine. They will coordinate with colleagues throughout the production process, monitor quality, output, and productivity, and possess general knowledge of complex bindery machines for setup, running, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they will interpret job instructions and perform necessary data and mail preparation production processes, track, request, and communicate postage payment and permit funding information internally, and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures. Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret written work orders and job specifications. Independence in decision-making regarding the type of equipment to be used. Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations. Knowledge of quality and machining requirements of various paper stock types. Proficiency in using a full range of standard and specialized tools and devices to adjust and maintain the functional accuracy of bindery machines. Ability to calculate distances, clearances, and fits in combining machines.
