Adecco Staffing is supporting a large corporation in Amberley Village find 3 Industrial Mechanics for temp-to-hire opportunities.

Selected Industrial Mechanics will be trained on 1 st shift for 1 to 2 weeks, then bid on which shift they want to work with the option of 2 nd shift (4pm - 12:30 a.m.), or 3 rd shift (10:30 p.m. - 9am, 4 days/week).

Responsibilities for the Industrial Mechanic include, but are not limited to:

  • Repairing, Troubleshooting and maintaining production and support equipment as required or assigned.

  • Repairs to building and facilities as required or assigned.

  • Completing housekeeping assignments

  • On time completion of CMMS INFOR PMs and Work Orders as assigned

  • Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area

  • Completion of forklift and man lift VCR pre/post trip report

  • Respond to all line calls

  • Train to qualify and operate a forklift and Manlift

  • Efficiently and effectively perform package change overs

  • Perform any and all day-to-day functions in the maintenance department as required or assigned

  • Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely

  • Must comply with all food safety policies, GMPs, preventative and temporary repair procedures and other policies as they apply

    Candidates must meet the following QUALIFICATIONS to be considered:

  • Must have good Communications skills

  • Reading/Writing

  • Must be able to multi task in a high stress environment

  • Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Must have good math skills, knowledge of percentages, gear ratios and flow rates

  • Must provide and use your own tools and tool box as required to perform the job

  • Tools must be of good quality and in good condition (company will provide all specialty tools)

  • Must possess the skills and abilities to trouble shoot and repair all mechanical and electrical components of the production and support equipment

    Physical Abilities to meet Job Responsibilities:

  • Lifting 50 lbs.

  • Standing and bending

    Pay:

  • $22.35 per hour
