What We Offer: Health benefits, including telehealth medical services, Dental & Vision Life, AD&D & Disability (paid for by the company) 401K with a company match Essential Duties: Oversees the analysis and design of Lean manufacturing cells using effective systems and tools to optimize use of space, equipment, material and personnel Prepares and maintains detailed layouts of processes and related equipment Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results Confers with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes Develops work aids and/or documentation for products in order to train assembly personnel Applies statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency Represents manufacturing and/or engineering on cross-functional teams Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities: Minimum 5 years related experience required including but not limited to technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, assembly and production equipment, and machine tooling/design Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events Experience AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs; CNC programming experience is desired; strong knowledge in written product specifications Ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors and employees/managers at all levels within the company Possesses excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office) Experience in ERP systems, SAP desired Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities required for this role.
