Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years' nursing experience
  • Active license as an LPN in Ohio
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

Gross Mobility: Rare lifting, climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching, bending and handling.

Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation.
