About the role:

As an Investigative Analyst for TQL, you will directly assist with support operations through data aggregation and analysis, technical writing, communication, and incident investigation. You will also help implement technology solutions and process improvements through business analysis and communication with stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in the investigation of potential operational compliance issues within various departments
  • Conduct regular exploratory audits and reports to identify areas for and maintain system and process improvements
  • Support ad-hoc organizational development projects by tracking and reporting progress as well as acting as a liaison between other departments to solve challenges
  • Assist in the design and improvement of reports, audits, and tools
  • Research the newest methods of optimization and analytics to apply to existing systems

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Mathematics or Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years' experience with SQL or another database equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years' experience with PowerBI, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and report automation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
  • Strong background in analytics with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations
  • Naturally inquisitive with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency and personal accountability
