Reporting to the General Manager and Vice President, the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and advancing the human resource practices, programs, and policies to achieve the Company's growth objectives. Specific areas to be addressed are building effective talent management strategies, implementation of training and skill development programs, improved alignment, and communications amongst DJJ teammates, along with enhancing the culture of whole person safety within the operations. In addition, the successful candidate will provide general HR leadership to critically analyze business situations and help formulate and execute business strategies. As part of the David J.
