Details: An HR Organizational Development Director position is currently available at Belcan in Cincinnati, OH 45242. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing professional development and evaluation of programs and employee assessments that facilitate professional development and advancement opportunities, particularly emerging leaders. Principle Responsibilities: *Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for talent development. *Provide strategic compensation leadership. *Research and assist in the development of training programs. *Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning. *Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process to achieve business goals and results in the creation of next level talent. *Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan. Decisional Authority: *Minimal supervision frequently exercises independent judgment within scope of job and makes decisions with no existing guidelines. Working Conditions: *General office environment - this is an in person position and will be worked at our HQ in Blue Ash *Travel 20% working time. We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000.
