Job Overview Under the supervision of the Business Officer, the Financial Administrator 2 will perform the daily business functions of the Winkle College of Pharmacy, including but not limited to fund reporting, invoicing, requisitioning and asset tracking, purchasing and reimbursements. This will be a hybrid position with some remote working days permitted in alignment with College policies. Essential Functions -Perform, coordinate, and monitor fiscal administrative duties in conjunction with other university offices and financial systems -Assist in the development of unit policies and procedures -Monitor the financial status of programs and individual discretionary accounts to report out monthly -Comprehend and enforce the University's financial policies and apply these policies to various financial transactions and offer guidance to leadership. -Serve as delegate for Business Officer to review and approval of purchases, reimbursement requests, contract, and other daily functions requiring Business Officer approval Required Education -Bachelor's Degree must be in accounting or related work. -Six (6) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. Required Experience Two (2) years of finance or accounting experience.
