Experienced Business Process Engineer and Analyst Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Business Intelligence Job Summary Our Commercial Operations team is currently seeking a talented and versatile professional to join our team in the combined role of Business Analyst & Business Process Engineer. In this role, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending/developing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities Work collaboratively across multiple business and IT stakeholders. Current state process mapping. Design and optimize future state processes. Identify and recommend opportunities for automation. Development of automation solutions through available technologies and tools. Analyze project needs. Discovery / requirements gathering. Developing functional requirements. Work with IT Developers to translate requirements to facilitate development. Developing and executing QC and testing to ensure high quality delivery. Developing wireframes, training, and support documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related degree. Experience with automation tools and relevant programming languages (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, Python/R, SQL). Analytical thinking with great attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Ability to work independently and lead increasingly large initiatives.
