Details: A Certification Engineer job is currently available at Belcan in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. To be considered, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline. In this job, you will perform various engineering tasks to support the certification efforts of commercial aircraft interior products. Certification Engineer job duties include: *Perform standard engineering tasks related to stress analysis and deflection *Review engineering drawings and bill of materials *Develop certification test plans and reports to demonstrate compliance to defined requirements *Compile FAA certification documentation for submission *Support meetings with various engineering teams as part of a broad certification effort Qualifications: *Microsoft office proficiency *Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline. *Effective verbal and written communication skills *Ability to identify and understand failure modes of systems *Legal authorization to work in the US required Desired but not required skills: *FAA/EASA certification experience *Familiarity with FEA modeling and data review We provide a competitive pay and benefits package.
